Between this user spoj.pl/users/kumaranurag/10 submitted 39 problems in 2 days (till now). A cheat or a Super Programmer ? 
& that macedonian_boy is still in the ranking system ?! :

three possibilites:
1) we provided (auto-)disqualification, hence the author can disq his own solution
2) we provide a check-box - "not included in ranking" (but the submissions will affect on other points) (is it good idea? any suggestions?)
3) we can ban the user
after we provide (2) - we will warn cheaters (in global news) and explain in details the rules,
after week or two - we start to ban all cheaters - pointed out by community... (esp. EB team)

Many people Accepted the problems with language TEXT,which of the problem [color=#FF0000]CANNOT[/color] been solved with TEXT at all.They must have been [color=#FF0000]CHEATING[/color]as download datas form the web!
Such as:1357355 2008-03-12 17:33:52 Labyrinth accepted 0.00 1.6M TEXT
and so on.
Admin can forbid us to use TEXT for those problems which can not been solved without cheating.

He seems to have submitted the entire Kurukshetra set one after another, which is quite suspicious. Authors may confirm this, perhaps I am wrong.

I Flagged him to the administrators previously but no body seems to be interested

Submitting AC solutions to several problems about every 3 seconds (!).
He posted solutions to more than 100 problems in less than 10 minutes
Edit: It took him 8 min from rank 0 to 123 ...

hey all, there should not be any cheating called , if i submit a solution after grasping the whole concept , and then running the program on my system.... checking with the given data.... after all everone learns from some where,.....do reply on my view

the point of having SPOJ is not for getting more ACC "after you have grasped the concept". It is about thinking about the problem for yourself. If you cannot get some problems, means that you have finish off easier ones first. There are many other places where you can learn, I suggest Topcoder to be one. Even the SPOJ tutorial section is very good.
Do not try to read judge solutions and then submit your own. It's a bad habit that will devour you and nothing else.
