That is a contradiction in itself: Cheating IS bad.
You are not only collecting them - you submit them, and that is bad.
If you don't realize that this kind of behaviour is against the idea of SPOJ - can't help.

we will leave you the decision - you can send AC submissions as cheater_bot, but in my opinion you shouldn't be in the ranking system, if you don't check the appropriate flag honestly, it is possible you will be banned.
Just don't spoil the fun! 
SPOJ is community-oriented platform, so the community can punish you as well...
