Hi,

Should I create a new group for users attending each edition of the contest we organise at our institute on semester-basis, or should I somehow recycle the group each time? If so: if I delete users from a group, can thay still reapply for the group?

Hi,

it is up to you whether you wish to use the same group or create a new one every time you create a contest (it is however common practice that contest setters use separate groups for their contests - the advantage is that the same users can still view the contest after it has finished).
As to the second question: users can be deleted from the group and added to it as many times as it is necessary.
