Hi, I'm a user of br.spoj.com (username: kyl3). I recently filled out the form to become a Problem-Setter. I was approved (reference 203809 - Piotr Kakol), however I can not add problems on the site in which I participate (br.spoj.com), or at least do not know how to do this.

In fact, I have permissions to create problems, and I've even made one, in an attempt to provide them for Brazilian users (code: TARZAN12), but nowhere I can find an option to provide it in the Brazilian repository.
