he did his first tests at around 3:41 AM, and now its almost 5 AM and hes still trying to spam...
i think its easy to investigate since he is using the same language, on the same problem, with accounts that have 0 AC submitions
Looks more like an (informal) contest to me. The codes are certainly different.
PS. In case of behaviour which could potentially jam/DoS the judge, please report it by e-mail for prompter feedback.
The user feimotion33415 has been posting spam in the forums recently.

And now sztin1043. Looks like upgrading the forum didn't get rid of the spammers, quite the opposite 
Now user defg551 is posting spam in the forum. Btw, what's the reason that the users mentioned in the previous two posts are not banned till now?
I got an idea from this2 thread.Admins should introduce blacklisting.They can give blacklist rights to users who have atleast N posts.And when a post gets atleast X blacklists it is removed automatically.Is it possible to implement this ?
