Hi,
I've been a user of this site for a year now. Though its only a been a few days that I've been immensely active on it (almost day and night!). During my time here I've seen a number of users whose stats simply suggest that they are cheating. What's more disappointing to see is that they have risen very high up in the world rankings. They're undeserving of a position higher than those who do real code.
This demotivates users like me who are driven by a desire to see their name high on the ranking and in my case loose faith in the judge system when I see such users polluting the list to such a high degree.
Now I understand that it's hard to completely automate the process of plagiarism detection in an online judge. However, may I suggest a feature to help track such people.
There must be a report user option given on each user's profile so people who happen upon potential cheaters may report them. It will be then up to the admins to verify/deny the report based on their insight into the user.

I have been using this OJ for only an year and a half. Although, I use it intensely only during my college vacations, I feel the same way. As I use it only to prepare for ICPC, the cheaters going up in ranking doesn't affect me that much. What affects me is the number of submissions for a problem. There are lot of copied submissions for a problem, which makes it look easy, but it is not. I feel the problem setters should feel a little responsible for the solutions to their problems and report submissions that are copied!
