HQ9+ - are you sure? I think it will be very hard to solve at least one problem in this language on SPOJ...
Do You think so? What about CTQUINE? 
I know it won't be very useful but it's so easy to write a interpreter to it that it won't waste much of Your time.
That was only a proposal, You can do it as the last thing - I know there are many things to add/change in SPOJ.

To miałem na myśli.
Tablice zwiększyłem o 10 bez powodu, ale nie powinno to wpłynąć za bardzo na wykonanie.
