I confirm the bug on several web-browsers on my GNU-Linux OS.
I find very curious that nobody announced the bug before.

As my impression is, that no one of those responsible does really care about such things (there are several others things that do not work properly), I have stopped complaining about that. The new design is mostly a mess, and that for weeks now without visible change.
Whenever possible, I use the old design (spoj.com/SPOJ/status/1).
I've reported this bug (including other bugs) to Piotr Kąkol on April 24, 2015.
But I haven't received any response yet.
I also use http://www.spoj.com/SPOJ/problems/classical/1.
The bug is fixed but for:
spoj.com/comments/all4
...and not for:
spoj.com/SPOJ/comments/all
