I would suggest against that. That would take the difficulty out of "Problem Solving". In real life, when you are given a problem to solve, do you want to wait until you have released the solution to find out that it fails, and then correct it? When you click the submit button that is essentially what you are doing. You are giving the completed solution to the customer. You want to be certain that it will not fail before you do that.

Agree with leppy. Such "feature" will never be implemented.
