Change logging

Would it be possible to have some kind of change logging? Like many others, I suppose, I try to keep my solutions in an ordered fashion on my system, but it is quite difficult to maintain when changes occur unannounced. Problems get moved from classical to tutorial, get rejudged or even totally removed without notice.

A simple chronological list, with the following items, would be wonderful:
- the addition of a new problem,
- the rejudgement of a problem (plus the reason),
- the replacement of a problem in an other category (classical -> tutorial, etc.),
- the removal of a problem (plus the reason).

It would take some effort from the admins to update this list when they apply these changes, but I think it would be useful for many if something like this existed.

There is an RSS feed, but it doesn't seem to cover category changes.

I think there should be an option to receive email notification if your submission status changes due to a rejudge. I really don't need the rest of them mailed to me, since I'm usually not going anywhere in the few seconds it takes to wait for the result (and besides, my brain is already trained to release endorphins at the sight of #00C030).
