Chat application using c

hello guys,

Hi! to everybody . I was asked to create a chat application using 'C' language .

I referred many sites but I didn't get proper information about creating chat application using 'C'.

If anyone knows how to do it in an efficient,more secured and elusive manner
suggest a good way to make my chat program more user friendly. If u have any more questions please let me know, so that i can explain more in detail.

Whether it is possible to create sockets in windows?

If anyone implemented such type of application program , please forward it my mail! I'm running out of time!

in tcpclient.c the below line is the host IP,( 172.0.0.1 is for localhost )
