Email containing submissions

Since many days, I am not getting emails from spoj containing my submissions. So please look into the matter!

But i need the submissions. Furthermore i have the
Email submission results to me: checkbox ticked.
Also some time back i saw a post containing a similar problem on this forum and that person's problem got fixed, so please look into the matter!
