Help with input in PHP

If there are many numbers in a line and I use fgets() function, this reads a line and I don't know the length of each number.So is there a function reads something blocked with the space? Maybe it's like scanf or cin in c++.Thanks.

I understand you didn't have the time to search on php.net, by typing scanf in the search field, or googling php scanf, for example.
You may use sscanf and fscanf.
