INTEST Faster I/O

I have seen solutions faster than mine(8.19sec). Please can someone guide me to do it faster. My code:

If you want an advice : instead of trying many various problems ; try to concentrate on a theme in particular, do many experiments on your own chief ; and close as possible the theme chosen. After try another theme...
I didn't say to stay a month on a theme, I just observe that you're probably in too many places at the same time...
