Is JavaScript available or dead?

I tried to submit BISHOPS in JavaScript. Everything I got is an internal error. Not even WA was possible.
I checked the language ranking. Obviously nobody else has ever submitted something in JS. I would say fix it or remove it.

How do you enable Javascript in Internet Explorer? I didn't use to have this problem, but recently I've been having trouble viewing Youtube videos. In place of the video that should be there, instead this text is shown: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. I have the latest version of Flash player, so I'm pretty sure I have Javascript turned off, can somebody tell me how to turn it on?
