getting runtime error..... this is my first day first code in Python..... plzz help me out somebody.....

I have no idea what causes the NZEC, but that is not important at all, as it would cause TLE or WA otherwise.
Your approach will not suffice. You have to learn about data types and their differences and about the properties of powers of 2. And you should study the Python builtins before using any module.

Is my approach wrong ??? I mean, is the output for the test cases wrong ???
this is the error i am getting in Ideone --

how can i use an exception of EOF........
plzz provide me with some correct testcases...

You should read a tutorial guide for python and on algorithms, your code is:
wrong : t and n have wrong data type
slow : you have to think to a much better algo, yours is brute force.
