How to read and write into an html file using C..if not C, which language should I use?..
i basically want to know this because:
1. i have a threshold database in notepad
2. i have a code metric calculator which generates reports in html format
What i want to do is compare the values in the HTML report with the threshold database (in notepad) and highlight values which have crossed the threshold in say, [color=red]red[/color] colour....
