Strongly against for series of reasons. For example, some solution contain a library set of functions/classes that I don't want to share with everyone solving some random problem. Second is that looking for various solutions to a particular problem is a part of the analysis. Why should a person who barely solved the problem have access to highly optimized solutions? For many tasks you can solve a problem in 15 min and then spend days optimizing that solution in various ways. If you want to learn, you can see the resource information on the problem and google out many sites, some of witch have sample solutions or even elaborate analysis.
Moderators and problem setters have access to submitted codes, because it would be hard to moderate without that. What you're proposing would pretty much break the system. I strongly doubt that this will be added, but in my case I would remove all my submission and move to another judge and probably many other top users would do the same.
