in the problem link above, there is a line => rewrite small numbers from input to output <= why did it say small numbers?

Who know. Maybe because it like you to know: 0 < numbers <= 99?

"Zbiór zadań" is Polish section of forum. It’s better ask in one of English section, for example “ProblemSet Archive”,

So you can be reasonably sure they’ll fit in an int, and don’t need to use long long etc.
