There is: UNIX "cat".
It outputs the "source code" without any changes.

Obviously, it isn't helpful for all problems (unless you're the problemsetter, perhaps).

Well.. I think it's more general than that. In some contests, there are even problems judged by humans, not automatically.
We've got over 500 purely acm-style problems, what does a little diversity hurt?
