I got an idea from this2 thread.Admins should introduce blacklisting.They can give blacklist rights to users who have atleast N posts.And when a post gets atleast X blacklists it is removed automatically.Is it possible to implement this ?

It happens nearly daily I just normally delete them before anyone else sees them.
